All items METAL LUX are covered by a guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity.

In case the purchased product is damaged due to transport or production defects, METAL LUX undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.

Just send an email to info@metalluxlight.com  indicating the order references, the damaged or defective product and the details of the defect found. If the package received shows evident damage due to transport, we invite you to report it directly to the shipper and to make immediate reserve in the delivery document.

The product must be returned in its carefully sealed original packaging.

METAL LUX will replace the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the order.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day in which the customer or a third party indicated by him acquires physical possession of the goods received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration, no later than the terms indicated above by filling in the appropriate form or by sending an email to info@metalluxlight.com

The address for the return shipment is:
Metal Lux S.N.C, Via Piave 35 – 35017 Torreselle di Piombino Dese (PD) within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. The returned goods must be returned in resalable conditions.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The refund will be made no later  than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Please note, in the case of non-saleability  the amount equivalent to the decrease in the value of the asset may always be retained.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs without undue delay. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.  The deadline is met if you return the goods within the above-mentioned time limit.

Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment as was used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves that he/she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
